Small site. No optional trackers. Here is how the current setup works.
Our current setup
The Halither website code does not set cookies, store preferences in your browser, use local or session storage, or load analytics and advertising pixels. It does not use browser fingerprinting. There are no optional trackers to accept or reject.
Fonts, logos, illustrations, scripts and style files are served with this website. The waitlist form communicates only with Halither’s server.
Form security and movement
The waitlist uses a short-lived form token in a hidden field to protect submissions. It is not a cookie and is not saved to browser storage. Rate limiting runs on the server using short-lived keyed IP digests; see the privacy notice.
The pause-motion button changes the current page only. It does not store a preference or identify you. The site follows your device’s reduced-motion setting.
The hosting layer
The supplied website has no optional cookie or tracking code. The live Hostinger configuration or CDN must also be checked before launch to establish whether the hosting layer adds cookies or other storage. If it does, this notice must identify them and explain their purpose and duration before the site goes live. Non-exempt storage or tracking must remain blocked until the required consent has been obtained.
A website can process technical server logs without setting cookies. Information about hosting logs, access and retention belongs in the privacy notice.
If this setup changes
If Halither adds analytics, advertising, embedded services or other browser storage, this notice will be updated and appropriate controls added before those tools load. Where consent is required, refusing will be as straightforward as accepting, and you will be able to change your choice later.
